Every individual is different. A surface anesthetic is applied, so very little discomfort is experienced. Most of my clients say that the feeling is nothing more than a slight tingling or prickling sensation throughout the procedure.

You may show off your cosmetic tattoo immediately! The procedure won’t stop you from having fun or going about your daily routines. We ask you to take care of the newly tattooed areas however, avoiding sun (wear sunglasses and sun block), avoid chlorine, seawater and saunas. Most people do not need to take time off.

Depending on how the skin absorbs the pigment and how much pigment is lost during the healing process. We generally recommend having a 2nd treatment 4 to 6 weeks for the eye treatment and 6 to 8 weeks for the lip enhancement to discuss the later outcome after the initial procedure.

This is also a perfect time to attend to fine details, design, and colour depth to your permanent makeup – or to agree that no further treatment is required.

Eyebrow hair strokes or embroidery is the use of strokes to create the appearance of natural eyebrows as in feather stroke.

Yes, hair strokes are perfect for filling in sparse eyebrows and making them appear fuller.

This depends on the area treated. For the eye treatment it usually take 1 to 2 hours. Whereas full lip creation (which includes lip line) can take up to 2 hours

• Cosmetic injecting clients should leave 4 weeks between their last cosmetic injecting treatment and cosmetic lips tattoo treatment.

• There is a little discomfort after the procedure. Initially your cosmetic tattoo will look 30% to 50% darker or stronger than required. This is because the pigmentation is initially on the skin, as well as approximately 1mm below the surface. Colours will continue to soften. Within 7 – 10 days the true colour has revealed itself.

• Full after care instruction will be provided during and after the treatment. There is no after-pain following your treatment. To help you take the best possible care of your new tattoo. You can purchase a tattoo after care SKIN BALM available at reception. This cream is an Antiseptic Cream. It contains Almond Oil, which soothes the affected area, Vitamin B5, which assists in the skins natural healing process, and Benzalkonium Chloride, which is a safe and effective antiseptic agent and helps protect agains Infection. Remember to keep your SKIN BALM with you when you are going out.

One to two weeks before Lip Treatment

If you are having any Lip Tattoo procedures performed and have previously suffered from Cold Sores or Mouth Ulcers it is essential that you consult with your GP prior to treatment. Lip Tattoo treatment may aggravate this condition and cause an outbreak. Your GP must provide you with a script for Anti –Viral Medication (this may include Valtrex, Famvir or Zovirax), which is to be taken prior to you appointment. L-Lysine tablets will also be beneficial as a preventive treatment.

The above is only a precaution and cannot guarantee you will not breakout, as herpes virus is always present in your system.

The pigments come from the United States and Germany and have been made with FDA approved ingredients. The pigments used are iron oxide and titanium dioxide, which are safe, non-reactive substances. Pigments are specifically manufactured for implantation in the human skin. The colours used for cosmetic tattooing are specifically premixed for use on the face.

All of our pigments are of the highest quality and have been approved for Cosmetic Make up and Paramedical procedures. Allergies from these gamma-sterilized pigments are rare.

There is a large range to choose from but the appropriate pigments are individually selected to suit each client. A carefully judged colour choice is made depending on hair, skin, eyes and client preference

All the cosmetic tattoo treatment, semi- permanent make-up lasts for years. It is recommended that clients have a refresher treatment to their make up several years later as the colour softens over a period of time. This is at a reduced cost provided the initial work was done with us.

Cosmetic tattoo will save you time and frustration, you look good 24 hours a day and you don’t need much make-up any more. You can swim, sleep, perspire, have a sauna, play sport, wash your hair, eat and still look GREAT! It won’t wash off and lasts for years.
